Based in Birmingham, New Dimension Construction is ideally situated to work anywhere in mainland Great Britain.
With a policy of ‘no job is too small’ and a capacity to handle projects up to £1m, our clients engage us in smaller building and estate maintenance programmes through to larger Refurbishments and New Builds.
Across all sectors and trades, our clients have a single point of contact for the duration of their project freeing up management time to concentrate on running their organisation while at the same time being able to monitor progress at all stages. We adhere to the highest level of precautionary measures involving site safety protocols.
The Company is particularly well established in the education sector. Schools and colleges value our ability to deliver all trades as it allows us to manage projects from start to finish. Typical refurbishment projects have been for toilet spaces, classrooms, reception areas, office & staffrooms, science labs, landscaping projects, major floor coverings and decorating projects.
Case Study: Recently we completed a New Build that would have required hours of client management time if they had tried to oversee the many different trades required to complete the job.
New Dimension has been increasing its involvement with the Facilities Management sector as an approved contractor providing services across the complete skill base with a number of FM providers who manage large estates throughout the UK.
