At Devonshire Infant School we are thrilled with the work carried out by the New Dimensions team in refurbishing all of the children’s toilets in Early Years and Key Stage 1. From the initial contact, I was impressed with the thorough knowledge demonstrated as we looked at the job in hand and I was made to feel that I could trust the professional standards of this company and feel at the same time that my ideas and requirements would be respected, even my zany colour schemes and laminated wall panels! In any job of this size, there will be changes and a few compromises but these were dealt with quickly and professionally and I was very pleased with the final designs and plans.
The work of ripping out the 4 toilet blocks and replacing all the units and plumbing was undertaken in the 6 week holiday and was hassle free, even running ahead of schedule, and we are delighted with the results. All of the workmen were pleasant and helpful and the school was left tidy and clean. The children think their new toilets are fab and are very keen to tell if they think anyone is misusing them as they want to look after them and keep them nice!
The after service from New Dimensions has also been brilliant. Any snags that have arisen, and there will always be a few minor ones in any plumbing job, have been dealt with on either the same or the next day with no fuss and absolute professionalism. I would gladly recommend this company to any school planning refurbishment work.
