Project: Building Coversion

This Project had several elements, the foremost being the conversion of an office into two separate toilet facilities (male/female) with 4 cubicles in one & 5 in the other.

Work involved:

• Construction of new dividing stud wall c/w new entrance doors
• Adapting & installing new pipework & drainage
• Supply & installation of new Pans/Cisterns/IPS Panels/Cubicles/Wash Basins/Infra-red Taps/Vanity Units
• Supply & installation of new Ventilation
• Supply & Installation of new Lighting
• Supply & installation of new Floor Covering
• Decoration throughout

In addition to the above the whole project included

• Alterations to work benches in an IT Room
• Re-carpeting of selected classrooms
• Partial decoration of 10 classrooms
• Supply & installation of new vertical window blinds in selected classrooms
