Property Facilities Management Support
New Dimension Construction supports Property Facilities Management service providers throughout the UK with the varying skill sets required to maintain and develop properties.
As an approved contractor, we carry out everything from small repair works (building repairs, roofing repairs, plumbing, electrical, joinery, floor covering, fencing, drainage, tarmac and surface repairs) through to larger refurbishment and development projects involving multiple trades.
With a wealth of experience in the education, commercial and industrial sectors, we are comfortable in differing working environments and sensitive to the respective needs of each.
For example: In schools, our operatives are DBS checked and can work when children are in school. However some tasks, due to their nature, can only be carried out during ‘out of school’ hours. We are happy to accommodate schedules accordingly.
Even where Property FM service providers have their own ‘in-house’ workforce, there are numerous occasions where there is a need to bring in outside support. This may be a single trade or possibly multiple trades depending upon the job. We can often provide this support at reasonably short notice.
